1. Agreement to Terms
By hiring Parkash Electrical for electrical repairs, installations, or purchasing products through our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Estimates and Scope of Work
- Quotes: All initial estimates provided online or over the phone are approximate. A final quote will be provided upon physical inspection of the site.
- Validity: Written estimates are valid for [30] days from the date of issue.
- Unforeseen Issues: If concealed or underlying electrical issues are discovered during the project, the scope of work and total cost may need to be adjusted. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.
3. Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement or installment plan has been established.
- Deposits: For projects exceeding [Amount], a deposit of [50]% may be required before work begins or materials are ordered.
- Accepted Methods: We accept [Credit Cards, Cash, Bank Transfers, etc.].
- Late Fees: Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee of [10]% per month.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a standard service call-out fee of ₹999.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- Workmanship: We take pride in our work and offer a 30-day/12month warranty on all labor performed by our electricians.
- Parts and Materials: Electrical products and parts supplied by us are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We do not warranty parts supplied directly by the customer.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized tampering, natural disasters, or power surges out of our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we adhere to the highest safety standards, [Your Company Name] shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for pre-existing faulty wiring or code violations not explicitly covered in our agreed scope of work.
7. Customer Responsibilities

- Secure pets and keep children away from active work zones for their safety.
- Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords or homeowners associations before work begins.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NCT of Delhi. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NCT of Delhi.
